Project Documents
The General Plan/ LCP Update Project started in 2017. On May 19, 2026 the City Council unanimously adopted the first phase of the General Plan/ LCP Coastal Land Use Plan. This included updates to the City's Land Use, Circulation, Conservation & Open Space, and Noise Elements. The Zoning Code/ Implementation Plan portion of the project is still in progress.
