Offices to be Elected
The following City offices were up for election as part of the November 3, 2026 General Election:
- City Council Member (4-year term ending Nov. 2030)
- City Council Member (4-year term ending Nov. 2030)
- Mayor (2-year term ending Nov. 2028)
Key dates:
- Nomination period opened: July 13, 2026, 8:00 a.m.
- Nomination papers may not be obtained before this date.
- Standard nomination period closed: August 7, 2026, 5:00 p.m.
- This is the deadline for filing nomination papers, unless the deadline is extended (see below).
- Extended candidate nomination period closed (deadline extended IF an incumbent does not file): August 12, 2026, 5:00 p.m.
- Deadline to register to vote: See below for more information
- Election Day: November 3, 2026
