The City of Pismo Beach has recently contracted with QualityBidders - Colbi Technologies to provide a free web-based process for CUPCCAA (informal bidding) list registration. This will replace our "Request for Placement on the Qualified Bidders List" paper form used in previous years. Please click here to sign up. If you already have an account with QualityBidders, please log in and submit your application. 

Although this list is labeled as the CUPCCAA (informal bidding) pre-qualification, the City will send notices on all Public Works Projects (formal and informal bids) to the list of registered contractors on the QualityBidders site for contractors who have applied for the City’s CUPCCAA list that year. The City will post all public works projects (plans and specs) on the City's website www.pismobeach.org, and a link will be provided in the project notice.
