1. What is the address and how do I get to City Hall?: City Hall is located at:

Pismo Beach, CA 93449
Traveling from 101 South, take the Shell Beach exit, turn right onto Mattie Road.
Traveling from 101 North, take the Shell Beach exit, turn left onto Mattie Road.

4. What is the Home Improvement Program and how can I apply?: A home improvement grant program for low to moderate income homeowners has been established by the Pismo Beach Redevelopment Agency. Many minor home improvements can be achieved with the program for homeowners, including mobile homes. Check out the attached brochure for more information, or call the Economic Opportunity Commission at 541-4122, extension 10.
