Nomination Period
Monday, July 12, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. will be the first date and time that Nomination Papers will be available. Nomination papers can be obtained by contacting the City Clerk and making an appointment during regular office hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Nomination papers can only be obtained by appointment only

Friday, August 6, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. is the deadline for INCUMBENTS to file their nomination petition.
Non-Inbumbents
The nomination period has been extended. Deadline for filing Nomination Papers for Non-incumbents is Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.

Eligibility
In order to be eligible to hold office as Mayor or a member of the Council, a person must be a registered voter of the City at the time nomination papers are issued for his or her candidacy and shall continue to reside in the City during the term of office.
