   I got a ticket in downtown Pismo this weekend for parking in a 2hr zone. I didn't even see the 2hr parking zone sign. As local full-time resident, I rarely go downtown. On Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend downtown was not crowded. There was plenty of parking so after eating at the honeymoon café, we decided to take a stroll. We bought shoes and socks at the shoe store, we checked out the new meat market and visited the new inn at the pier, spending our money in downtown Pismo. We were rewarded with a $40 parking ticket. This is ridiculous policy to penalize people for coming downtown. I understand the 2hr parking during summertime to minimize beach visitors parking that would otherwise obstruct the local businesses, but restricting parking in the off-season is unnecessary and reduces local residents interest in coming downtown. I think you should issue local full time residents stickers and we should be welcomed to shop and eat in downtown without counterproductive penalties.

5. Add a crosswalk at Wadsworth

   Add a crosswalk at Wadsworth to the beach access. It's a very active and dangerous intersection that pedestrians use for beach access. It will only get worse when the new construction is done.
