The City of Pismo Beach has adopted a First Time Homebuyer Program designed to assist low and moderate income individuals and families to purchase a Pismo Beach home. A home improvement grant program for low to moderate income homeowners has been established by the Pismo Beach Redevelopment Agency. Many minor home improvements can be achieved with the program for homeowners, including mobile homes.
