Seasonal Open Gates

Chapman Estate South Gate is open for Public Access 

Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00AM-2:00PM

and

Fridays 5:00PM-7:30PM

$10 Entry Fee includes access to the grounds and a Docent tour of the gardens. 

You may purchase an individual ($25) or family ($50) season pass for entry onto the grounds as well through events@pismobeach.org or at the gate entry. 

Please call ahead for groups of 15 persons or more so we may accommodate with a private docent.

Please note: no dogs or alcohol are allowed on premises.
